Before...
And after.......
I think he did, don't you? Of course, when I use the words "take Levi for a haircut," it sounds so easy. I mean, how difficult could it be, right? He's small. He doesn't have much hair. It probably takes ten minutes tops, right?
WRONG.
The reason we let it get to the awful, shaggy state it was in above is that it's got to be the most horrible experience ever. I mean, thirty minutes of screaming, crying, flailing, begging, chafing, bruising, bucking, pleading, bribing, sometimes bleeding time in a barber chair. This time was so bad that the last five minutes at Sportclips required two of us holding him so the barber could finish the job. It is so horrible that I have truly considered implementing the use of ponytails or cornrows to avoid having to take Levi for a trim.
It won't always be this way, will it? If anyone has any helpful tips, please share!

Amen sista!
Wow - we experienced your same scenario just this past Saturday at I think the same place - poor sportsclip people!
Levi looks so handsome!
Maybe it is the cape that they put around you.. for the longest time Austin would go crazy if they tried to put the cape on him. I just let it go, and hair went everywhere..but as long as he didn't have to have the cape he was fine. But, I so feel your pain!! Have definitely had that experience before. Levi looks very cute, though..although ponytails would probably good too. Ha!!
you just described our experience detail for detail. ryan took crew by himself (for the 2nd time) last weekend, and he called and said NO GO. I asked him what he meant and he said, "crew is not getting a haircut today". ha. it was too much. sooo, we tried again this weekend--all 4 of us--and it was still insane. he did manage to get a trim--but not a great cut which is what he needed. cornrows are looking better and better;)
p.s. we are sportclip customers, too. i bet they all run when they see us coming!!
merry christmas!
