On Christmas Eve...

We totally busted Santa putting together this trampoline in our backyard. In the rain. And wind. I sure hope it's there in the morning...

Nesting, Photoshop and Counting Down...

I'm not sure what "nesting" is or if I've ever experienced it. Therefore, I'm not sure if I'm experiencing any nesting tendencies that may foreshadow Baby Hill's arrival in the immediate future. Scott and I have, however, rearranged the nursery five times in the past two weeks. Maybe that is an indicator of what's to come. Nevertheless, my doctor has scheduled my induction for January 5th if I don't go into labor before then. We'll just see what shakes out, no pun intended.

I had some nifty photos I was going to post, but those will have to wait. I used my new photoshop to edit them and make them all cool-looking, but they won't load on blogger. If anybody has any advice for me on what I'm doing wrong, please share.

5 days till Christmas! 15 days till we meet Baby Hill! Woot woot!

New House

We took a family trip to Enterprise over the weekend to visit Nanny and Papaw and see the progress on their new house. Levi really enjoyed running through the walls and "hammering" with his Papaw's wrench. He wanted to climb the ladder onto the second floor, but (Levi and his mommy) had to settle for staying on ground level this time. We'll wait patiently for the real stairs to go in. :)

It was exciting to see how fast the house is going up. This was our last visit until Baby Hill's arrival since we've only got about another month to go... Next time we visit, it will be in a brand new house with a brand new brother or sister!

The Tongue

Not only does Levi like to move his tongue or stick it out while he is climbing and sliding, but he likes to use it in a lot of other ways, too. It seems like there's always an interesting conversation taking place at our house.

While riding in the car the other day, Levi announced: "Mommy, I not wike dat skewwy guy."
Me: "What scary guy?"
Levi: "That big bad whoop."
After putting up our Christmas tree, he opined: "Mommy, we need some pwesents under here."
Me: "Yes, I guess we do. What kind of presents do we need?"
Levi: "Well...some for me."
Me: "Oh, really? What kind?"
Levi: "Pwobwy some more twains."
